This Verification Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) governs how property verification information provided by Terranex Solutions Ltd, trading as LegitPlot(“LegitPlot”, “we”, “us”, “our”) must be interpreted and used. By accessing anyverification report, listing, or related data supplied by LegitPlot, you(“you”, “the client”, “the user”, “the agent”, “the buyer”, or “the seller”)acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

1. Purpose of Verification

LegitPlot provides property verification services solely for thepurpose of increasing transparency and reducing the risk of fraudulent,misrepresented, or unclear property information.
The verification process is intended to help buyers, sellers, and agents makemore informed decisions.

LegitPlot is not a legal, financial, surveying, engineering, or landregistry authority, and our verification does not replace formal duediligence required by law.

2. Scope of Verification

LegitPlot verification may involve (depending on region and data availability):

1. Reviewing ownership documents provided by the seller or agent
2. Cross-checking select information with available public or private records
3. Verifying the claimed property location, boundaries, or attributes through on-ground partners
4. Identifying discrepancies, inconsistencies, or red flags
5. Providing a summarized “Verification Status” such as:
Verified  
Verified with Notes  
Pending  
Rejected

Verification scope varies by country, district, and data accessibility,and is performed on a best-effort basis.

3. No Guarantee of Legal Ownership or TitleValidity

LegitPlot does not issue, confirm, or guarantee legal ownership ofany property.
Only the authorized government land registry or ministry in each country canissue legally binding confirmation of ownership.Any document review or verification does not constitute legalconfirmation that: The seller is the rightful and     sole owner The title is legally valid, free     of defects, or recognized by government authorities The property is free from     competing claims or familial disputes The property is free of     mortgages, loans, caveats, or encumbrancesYou must obtain an independent legal review by a licensed attorney orland professional before making any payment or commitment.

4. Reliance on Information Provided by ThirdParties

Verification depends heavily on documents, statements, and accessprovided by:
Sellers
Agents
Brokers
Local authorities
Surveyors
On-ground verification partners


LegitPlot cannot be held responsible for:

Missing, misleading, falsified, or altered documents
False representations by any party
Inaccurate third-party data
Government system delays or unavailability
Limitations in access to official records


LegitPlot verifies documents as provided  and cannot guarantee theauthenticity of any document beyond reasonable checks.

5. Limitations of On-Ground Verification

Where on-ground verification occurs, it is restricted to:

Access permitted by local authorities, sellers, and communities
Availability of local partners
Safety, weather, or political conditions
Accuracy of provided directions or coordinates


On-ground checks do not guarantee boundary accuracy, zoningapproval, land use approval, or compliance with local regulations.

6. No Liability for Financial or Legal Losses

By using LegitPlot’s verification services, you agree that TerranexSolutions Ltd (LegitPlot) is not liable for:

Loss of money
Loss of property
Loss of opportunity
Disputes arising after purchase
Contractual disagreements
Misrepresentation by sellers or agents
Documentation errors
Undisclosed encumbrances, disputes, or claims


Verification reflects information available as of the date of review,and conditions may change.

You assume full responsibility for conducting independent legal due diligence before making financial commitments.

7. Verification Status Is Not a Substitute for DueDiligence

Even if a property is marked:

Verified with Notes
Approved

…you must still:

Conduct a legal search at the land registry
Engage a licensed surveyor if needed
Hire legal counsel
Confirm zoning and land use
Perform any other due diligence required by local law


A LegitPlot “Verified” badge is not a legal certification and must not be treated as one.

8. No Warranties

All verification information is provided “as is” and “asavailable” without any express or implied warranties.

LegitPlot expressly disclaims:

Warranties of accuracy
Warranties of completeness
Warranties of merchantability
Warranties of fitness for a specific purpose
Warranties against fraud by third parties

9. Changes to Verification or Disclaimer

Terranex Solutions Ltd reserves the right to:
Modify verification criteria
Update verification methods
Change verification status
Amend this Disclaimer at any time


Updates become effective immediately upon posting.

10. Acceptance of Disclaimer
