LegitPlot is a digital real estate marketplace that allows users to list,verify, and browse properties across Africa. Our goal is to help buyers andsellers connect with greater confidence by promoting verified and legitimateproperty listings.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering intobinding contracts to use LegitPlot. By using the Platform, you represent thatall information you provide is accurate and truthful.
To submit or manage listings, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activities under your account.
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Upload content that infringes on another person’s rights.
Interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security.
Use the Platform for unlawful or unethical purposes.
LegitPlot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any accountviolating these rules.
By submitting a property listing, you confirm that:
You are the lawful owner or authorized agent of the property.
The details provided are true and supported by valid documentation.
You grant LegitPlot a license to display, promote, and share your listing (photos, videos, descriptions) for marketing purposes.
All listings are subject to review and approval before publication.
LegitPlot offers property verification to increase buyer confidence.Verification is based on submitted documentation and government registry checks, but does not constitute a legal title transfer or guarantee of ownership.
Fees for listings, verification, or agent subscriptions are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
You authorize LegitPlot to charge your selected payment method for any applicable fees.
All LegitPlot content — including text, graphics, logos, and systems — isowned or licensed by LegitPlot. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute anycontent without written permission.
LegitPlot acts as a platform, not a party to real estate transactions. Wedo not guarantee property value, ownership, or the outcome of any transaction.
We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes between users.
Disputes arising from use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be settled by arbitration under the laws of the country where the property of dispute is located .
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platformafter changes means you accept the revised Terms.
