Can I list Property before it’s verified?

Not yet — listings only go live after our verification team approves them.You can submit the property anytime, but it must pass verification before it appears publicly.
Do I pay monthly or per listing?

As a Founding Agent, you do not pay monthly fees for your first 3 listings. You will However be required to pay a monthly fee for standard listings on LegitPlot. agents who choose to have their listings featured or promoted pay a separate optional fee. This is not required for basic listing access.
Can I edit my listing after submission?

Yes — just go to your ‘My Listings’ section and submit an edit request.Our team will review and apply the changes to keep the listing accurate and verified.
